Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy, effective as of April1, 2017, discloses the privacy practices for and Enfuego’s applications (collectively referred to as the “Site”). Enfuego (referred to as “us” or “we” or “our”), the provider of the Site, is committed to protecting your privacy online. Please carefully read the information below.

You acknowledge that this Privacy Policy is part of our Site Terms of Use [hyperlink], and by accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our Site.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Such changes, modifications, additions, or deletions will be effective immediately upon notice, which may be given by means including, but not limited to, issuing an email to the email address listed by registered users or posting the revised Privacy Policy on this page. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to maintain a valid email address as a registered user, review our Site and this Privacy Policy periodically, and to be aware of any modifications. Your continued use of our Site after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

1. Types of Information Collected

In order to better provide you with our services, we collect two types of information about our users: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-personally Identifiable Information. Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience while using our Site.

Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are in a manner that provides us with your identity. When you engage in certain activities on this Site, including but not limited to, setting up a profile and registering for a membership, we will ask you to provide specific information about yourself by filling out and submitting online forms. These forms will ask you to provide us with personal information, including but not limited to, your first and last name, complete physical and mailing address, email address, telephone and facsimile numbers, date of birth, gender information, detailed information regarding previous employment (e.g., employer, job title, department, duties, salary and other compensation information, tenure, etc.), detailed information regarding your education background (e.g., degrees obtained, colleges or universities attended, class rank and grade point average information, student organization involvement, extracurricular activities, etc.), personal interests and hobbies, accolades, accomplishments, professional licensure information, criminal history, and other personally identifying information that would generally be associated with a resume and employment applications. You will be asked to provide a credit card number, bank account number, or other financial payment information. Some of the information we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory data, you may not be able to use the Site or some of its features and benefits.

Non-personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather certain information about you based upon where you visit on our Site in several ways. This information is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis. This information may include, but is not limited to, the Site’s Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) that you just came from, which URL you go to next, what browser you are using, geo-location information, your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, cookies, and other electronic information of that nature. A URL is the global address of documents and other resources on the World Wide Web (“Web”). An IP address is an identifier for a computer or device on a Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (“TCP/IP”) network, such as the Web. Networks like the Web, use the TCP/IP protocol to route information based on the IP address of the destination. In other words, an IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Web, allowing Web servers to locate and identify your computer. Computers require IP addresses in order for users to communicate on the Internet.
